Duck and Rocket Rolls  - tender shredded duck and rocket rolled in a light crispy pastry and served with a dark plum dip

Stilton and seasonal herb Mushroom Melts - large open mushroom topped with melted stilton and finished under the grill with breadcrumbs and olive oil drizzles

Pot of Crispy Devilled Whitebait - with lemon mayonnaise

"House" made Pork Rillette - with apple and pear chutney and crispy toasts

Main Courses

Extra Mature British Rump Steak - prime sirloin steak with a horseradish and mustard sauce, seasonal vegetables and "The House" hand cut chunky chips   

Baked Whole Seabream - with fragrant fennel and orange. Herby crushed new potatoes

Vegetarian Strudel - roasted butternut squash, caramelised onion, spinach and pinenut strudel...seasonal greens and cep cream sauce
